Return & Exchange Policy
Each item in my shop is made, packaged, and shipped with care. Because my work is created in small batches and one-of-a-kind pieces, all sales are final, and I do not accept returns.
That said, I want every customer to love their order. If something isn’t right or your item arrives damaged, please reach out to me within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue. I’m always happy to work with you to find a fair solution.
In situations I deem appropriate, I may offer an exchange or a shop credit toward a future purchase.
