This pendant is made with a genuine moth wing encased between two pieces of glass and soldered with lead free solder.
This chain is 21” and is completed with a hook clasp. The lead free solder is made of alloys containing tin as the base metal, along with other elements like silver, copper, bismuth, and antimony to improve its properties. If you have allergies to any of these metals I don't recommend wearing this product.
As an artist, I highly value sustainable and ethical practices. This wing was found in the smoky mountains while I was hiking. Most of my other wings are sourced from butterfly preservations around the world, but sometimes I get lucky and find one in the wild!
